Cleaner vscode integration

Minor update to improve Visual Studio Code integration.
- No longer need to create an explicit launch configuration.
- Automatically validate file before launch and display error in PROBLEMS pane.
Also defers creating SDL window until program has compiled without error (avoids unnecessary flicker).
